REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At MIKE PC AU, every custom PC is built to order using high-quality components sourced from multiple manufacturers. Because custom builds involve open-box parts that are installed, tested, and configured specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
That said, your purchase is protected. We stand behind our workmanship and provide a minimum 12-month warranty on every custom PC, so if a hardware fault occurs, we’ll support you with repair, replacement parts, or full troubleshooting in line with our warranty terms.
Change of Mind / Accidental Orders
Refunds are not available for:
-
Change of mind
-
Accidental orders
-
Custom-build orders once parts have been allocated, installed, or work has commenced
If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at info@mikepc.com.au. We’ll always do our best to help before the build process begins.
Cancellations & Restocking Fee (10%)
-
If your order is cancelled or changed due to change of mind, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
-
The 10% restocking fee is calculated from the order total.
-
Shipping fees are not included in the restocking fee and are non-refundable once a label is purchased or the item has shipped.
-
This fee covers processing, testing, re-listing, payment fees, and supplier restocking charges.
“Faulty” Claims That Pass Testing
-
If a customer requests a refund because an item is deemed faulty/unfunctional by the user, but the item passes testing/inspection (including supplier testing) and no fault is found, the refund will be treated as a change-of-mind return and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
